Mission Status: Where is my gear?

Whether your new favorite tee is headed for the hangar, the stage, or the open road, we want you to know exactly where it is.

Step 1: Check your Transmission As soon as your order has been custom-printed on our premium 165gsm combed cotton, it is handed over to our delivery partners at Pargo. They will send you a direct tracking link via SMS and Email.

Step 2: Tracking Portal If you have your tracking number ready (usually starting with ‘PRG’), you can click the button below to go directly to the Pargo tracking hangar:

Important Flight Notes:

Production Lead Time: Remember, because we are a Print-on-Demand brand, your gear takes 3–5 business days to be crafted before it shows up in the tracking system.

Door-to-Door: Your tracking link will show you exactly when the courier is out for delivery to your doorstep.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why hasn’t my tracking number updated yet? Because we are a Print-on-Demand studio, your order goes through a specialized production phase first. Your tracking number will only become “live” once our partners at T-Pod have finished printing your design on our 165gsm combed cotton and handed it over to the courier (usually within 3–5 business days).

I received my tracking link, but it says “Not Found” on Pargo. Don’t panic! This usually happens when a parcel has been scanned at the warehouse but hasn’t reached the main sorting hub yet. Check back in a few hours or the next morning, and the status should be updated.

How long does door-to-door delivery take? Once you receive your tracking link, delivery is typically 2–3 business days for main cities (Cape Town, Jozi, Durban) and up to 5 business days for more remote areas of South Africa.

Can I change my delivery address after the order is placed? Since we manually process each order for you, there is a very small window to make changes. If you caught a mistake, Contact Us immediately with your order number. Once the status moves to “Dispatched,” we unfortunately cannot change the flight path.

What if I’m not home when the courier arrives? Pargo or their delivery partner will usually attempt to contact you via the cell phone number you provided. If you miss them, they will typically try again the next business day.
